Refer  a  Business  Scheme

VAT Digital Ltd are proud to announce their new Refer-A-Business scheme. A win-win scheme without a cap allowing businesses to discount their VAT compliance and help their friends, colleagues & networks while also saving and growing their sales globally.

How it works

Any business, sole trader or person signed up to VAT services with VAT Digital is eligible to receive a discount on their VAT compliance when they refer any other business who successfully signs up to any VAT registration & filing package with VAT Digital subject to meeting the conditions set out below.

Referring a business conditions

The conditions below apply to the business who is referring another business.

1. Must be an existing VAT Digital customer.
2. Refer a business by any means.
3. The referred business must be;
   • A new VAT Digital customer
   • Not part of the company’s group
   • Not share a directorship with the referrer of a new/separate business
4. They must register for a VAT Compliance Package with a minimum 12-month term.
5. For annual payment packages a £100 credit is applied to your renewal discount or new service
6. For monthly payment packages a £100 credit is applied to your renewal discount
7. They must provide your name and company name on signing up

Referred by a business conditions

The conditions below apply to the business who is being referred and signing up to VAT Digital services.

1. When referred by another business you can receive £100 off of your sign-up fee’s when meeting the conditions below;
   • Be a new VAT Digital customer (transferring agent is acceptable)
   • Not part of the referring companies company group
   • Not share a directorship with the referrer of a new/separate business
   • Not a partner, agent, or reseller of VAT digital services
2. Pay for your subscription up-front on an annual term.
3. Sign a minimum term of 12 months.
4. Provide the name and company name of the referring business.
5. For monthly payment packages no referral discount will apply

General

1. VAT Digital reserve the right to change these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so. We reserve the right to remove or amend this promotion at any time.
2. Customers are deemed to have accepted and to be bound by these terms and conditions when using the refer a business scheme.
3. We reserve the right to reject any application if we believe the terms are being breached or manipulated for gain.
